Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://thairestaurantlarkspur.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. R'Noh Thai Restaurant reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, R'Noh Thai Restaurant markets and arranges Pad Thai, Yellow Curry, Drunken Noodles, Coconut Soup, Wonton Soup, Thai Fresh Rolls, Thai BBQ Chicken, Thai BBQ Pork. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://thairestaurantlarkspur.com is the property of R'Noh Thai Restaurant or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Account Closure. R'Noh Thai Restaurant reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
As-Is Basis. https://thairestaurantlarkspur.com is provided on an "as is" basis. R'Noh Thai Restaurant makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, R'Noh Thai Restaurant's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify R'Noh Thai Restaurant against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Law and Venue. CA law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in CA.
